The cappers made by Clean Pack are available in Stand Alone, Turret inversion and, depending on the number of capping heads, they can be Single or Multihead. The models of capping machines are determined by the type of bottle and cap to be processed, the production speed and the area of application. Clean Pack cappers can be equipped with numerous options in order to make the machine more performing and meet the specific production needs of the customer.
Built with top quality materials, they are suitable for processing any type of cap to be placed on round and shaped containers of any type of material (glass, plastic and metal). The grip and closure of the cap is done using various systems. The practicality of format changeover, adjustments and maintenance make the Clean Pack Cappers easy to use: with a few operations it is possible to replace, adjust, clean and grease the main parts of the machine.

Cleanpack filling machines allow you to have the right technology to treat any type of product such as beverage, oil, liqueurs, syrups, cosmetics and in the food sector. The Cleanpack range of machines is designed to cover productions from 1,000 BPH to 12,000 BPH.
Cleanpack's fillers are the product of a technology matured over the years, combining reliability and ease of use and maintenance. Since 2008 Cleanpack has been designing and manufacturing bottling machines and designs the rinsing, filling and capping machine in the case of monoblocks.

The Clean Pack Rinsers are available in Stand-alone and Single Turret versions. They are suitable for productions from 1,000 bph to 15,000 bph. Rinsing machines are designed to solve hygiene problems in bottles and containers of any type and material.
By injecting water, air, sterilizing products, alcoholic solutions or specific products, the containers are decontaminated from condensation, dust, debris, processing residues and bacteria. The use of accessories such as a mobile nozzle, recirculation tank, ionizers, ozonators, filtration and/or suction systems combined with single, double or triple treatment solutions allow for a high level of customization.
The Free-Standing version can be inserted in any bottling line. In fact, a synchronized auger allows a correct selection of the bottles. The swivel fitting releases a certain amount of product for proper bottle washing.
The machine is equipped with photocells and alarm systems for the management of any stops and starts.
